AI Parking Solutions Engineer

What You'll Do16
- 1Deliver on Our Promise by ensuring every moment matters for our clients by providing assistance when needed and communicating proactively
- 2Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces for a seamless parking experience
- 3Count vehicles on location throughout shift as needed
- 4Write and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors that violate garage policies
- 5Patrol transient and reserved parking levels as needed
- 6Provide assistance to customers that have forgotten where they parked their vehicle
- 7Be at work every scheduled day on time in uniform
- 8Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed
- 9Assist in maintenance and repair of parking equipment
- 10Report accidents or safety hazards to the Facility Manager
- 11Communicate debris or spills to garage office
- 12Substitute for Valets when authorized
- 13Have thorough knowledge of garage areas and local streets
- 14Support Facility Manager with additional duties
- 15Maintain professional communication with customers and staff
- 16Adapt calmly to changes and unexpected events

- 1Valid state driver’s license
- 2Current address and acceptable driving record
- 3Ability to safely drive manual transmission vehicle
- 4Availability for special shifts
- 5Proof of legal work eligibility
- 6Accurate information processing skills
- 7Professional response abilities
- 8US currency handling proficiency
- 9Instruction following and adaptability
- 10Experience with parking operations
