What You'll Do10

  • 1Manage all Facility Care services including pressure washing, janitorial contracts, and non-technical maintenance across 50+ parking facilities.
  • 2Prepare annual budgets, track actual performance, and adjust plans to meet financial targets.
  • 3Assess service requests, prepare price proposals, and schedule execution to meet client expectations.
  • 4Inspect work sites to ensure quality standards and compliance with agreements.
  • 5Coordinate preventive maintenance for trucks, sweepers, and equipment; verify insurance and registrations.
  • 6Lead and train a diverse team on equipment operation and safety procedures.
  • 7Review vendor pricing, manage supply purchases, and optimize inventory storage.
  • 8Administer uniform distribution and ensure timely fulfillment of requests.
  • 9Collaborate with upper management and clients to expand business opportunities and increase revenue.
  • 10Establish performance goals, conduct walkthroughs, and maintain documentation.

Requirements9

  • 15+ years in facility management, janitorial services, or related field.
  • 23+ years supervising teams of 10+ employees.
  • 3Experience managing budgets and controlling expenses.
  • 4Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS software.
  • 5Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.
  • 6Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • 7Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
  • 8Experience negotiating vendor contracts and managing procurement.
  • 9High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
