- 10Use mobile technology for inspections and reporting, and respond to emergencies.
- 11Execute special projects as assigned.
Requirements10
- 13+ years of supervisory experience in commercial janitorial operations.
- 2Strong knowledge of janitorial services, including floor and carpet care.
- 3Experience in union environments preferred.
- 4Understanding of scheduling, inspections, material distribution, and payroll systems.
- 5Ability to read scopes of work and service specifications.
- 6Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic math skills.
- 7Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 8Valid driver's license required.
- 9Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergency response.
- 10Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 30+ pounds.
