You will own the guest parking experience at a premium Boston location, handling up to 200+ vehicles per shift with cashless payment technology. What You'll Do8
- 1Drive guest vehicles to designated parking spots, following traffic laws and safety protocols.
- 2Inspect each vehicle for pre-existing damage and document findings in the digital log.
- 3Explain valet rates and parking policies to customers with a warm smile.
- 4Resolve client requests and concerns on the spot, escalating rare issues to management.
- 5Navigate the local area using knowledge of major streets, landmarks, and freeways.
- 6Report accidents, hazards, and policy violations within 24 hours using the incident system.
- 7Maintain a neat, complete uniform and arrive punctually for every scheduled shift.
- 8Assist with lot organization and equipment setup during peak hours.
Requirements8
- 1Valid state driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- 22+ years of valet or professional driving experience preferred.
- 3Ability to drive vehicles with manual transmission is a plus.
- 4Available to work weekends and holidays, with flexibility for 2nd/3rd shifts.
- 5Proven ability to handle cash and process payments accurately.
- 6Strong communication skills for clear customer interactions.
- 7Capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
- 8U.S. work authorization with valid documentation.
