Overview
Own and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on fuel-hauling trucks and trailers at scale across a large Western U.S. fleet. You will perform preventive maintenance, major and minor repairs, and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment. What You'll Do6
- 1Build and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on fuel-hauling trucks and trailers
- 2Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment in peak condition
- 3Conduct major and minor repairs including brake systems, suspension, tires, air, and electrical systems
- 4Handle minor diesel engine repairs and ensure regulatory compliance
- 5Maintain an organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- 6Collaborate with the team to ensure timely repairs and minimize downtime
Requirements7
- 1Experience in truck and trailer maintenance (fuel tanker experience a plus)
- 2Valid Driver’s License (CDL preferred but not required)
- 3Own basic tools to perform job functions
- 4Basic computer skills to log work and complete reports
- 5High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 6Welding experience a plus but not required
- 7Safety-oriented mindset with attention to detail
