What You'll Do6

  • 1Build and perform intermediate maintenance and repairs on tractors and trailers including tire and brake work
  • 2Diagnose electrical issues and ABS system faults and implement fixes
  • 3Operate the mobile service truck, manage inventory, and document work orders accurately
  • 4Assist with onboarding and mentoring of trainee technicians and uphold safety standards onsite
  • 5Patch structural areas and perform welding and cutting for chassis and frame repairs
  • 6Conduct annual trailer and FHWA brake inspections under supervision

Requirements5

  • 12 years of experience in semi tractor or semi trailer maintenance and repair or equivalent
  • 2Willingness to work outdoors and across multiple shifts including nights and weekends
  • 3Must supply basic tools or participate in toolbox purchase program
  • 4Clean motor vehicle record per company guidelines
  • 5High School Diploma or GED plus related experience preferred
