What You'll Do11
- 1Design comprehensive solution architectures including system integrations data management and application security for D365 ERP Operations
- 2Configure D365 ERP modules such as Sales Purchasing Inventory Management Warehouse Management Production Planning and Asset Management
- 3Analyze and optimize business processes to maximize Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP capabilities
- 4Partner with executive stakeholders to understand operational requirements and translate them into scalable ERP solutions
- 5Lead requirements gathering workshops and develop functional specifications business scenarios and solution documentation
- 6Serve as a trusted advisor during implementation providing functional and technical guidance to clients
- 7Support organizational change through training materials development user adoption initiatives and stakeholder communication
- 8Manage project deliverables identify implementation risks and communicate mitigation strategies to leadership
- 9Collaborate with project managers developers business analysts and cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations
- 10Mentor and develop consultants sharing technical knowledge and staying current on ERP innovations
- 11Contribute to account planning identify value-adding opportunities and manage broad account ownership
Requirements12
- 1Bachelor's degree with Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification relevant to ERP Operations or Supply Chain Management
- 27+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations or equivalent ERP solutions
- 3Deep functional expertise across supply chain and operational processes including procurement inventory warehousing manufacturing planning and asset management
- 4Experience designing ERP solution architecture integrations data management and security
- 5Strong client-facing consulting communication facilitation and presentation skills
- 6Proven ability to lead project workstreams and mentor implementation teams
- 7Demonstrated experience traveling for client engagements
- 8Familiarity with Azure integration services Power Platform Dataverse or related Microsoft technologies
- 9Knowledge of data migration strategies enterprise integration patterns and ERP security architecture
- 10Experience leading large complex enterprise transformation initiatives
- 11Prior consulting experience with professional services organizations
- 12Ability to support business development activities proposal development and client presentations
