What You'll Do11
- 1Lead solution architecture and implementation of D365 ERP Operations platforms aligned to client objectives
- 2Design comprehensive system architectures integrating data management and application security frameworks
- 3Configure core D365 modules including Sales Purchasing Inventory Management and Warehouse Management
- 4Analyze business processes to optimize operational capabilities within ERP solutions
- 5Partner with executives to translate requirements into scalable technical implementations
- 6Provide functional guidance and technical direction throughout project lifecycle
- 7Develop training materials and drive user adoption across client engagements
- 8Manage testing and validation activities ensuring high quality delivery standards
- 9Collaborate with internal teams to implement AI powered insights and emerging technologies
- 10Mentor consultants and share technical expertise across practice areas
- 11Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and client outcomes
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree with Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification in ERP Operations or Supply Chain Management
- 27+ years implementing D365 ERP Operations solutions or equivalent enterprise systems
- 3Proven leadership in full lifecycle ERP implementations from design through post go live support
- 4Deep functional expertise across supply chain processes including procurement inventory and manufacturing
- 5Experience designing ERP architectures with focus on integrations data management and security
- 6Strong client facing consulting skills with ability to influence stakeholder decisions
- 7Demonstrated ability to lead project workstreams and develop consulting teams
- 8Familiarity with Azure integration platforms Power Platform and Dataverse technologies
- 9Knowledge of data migration strategies and enterprise integration patterns
- 10Previous consulting experience with professional services organizations
- 11Experience supporting business development and proposal creation activities
