Overview
You will architect Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations solutions that transform supply chain, manufacturing, and procurement for enterprise clients. Leading a cross-functional team, you own the technical blueprint and delivery from requirements to go-live. You partner with executives to align ERP strategy with business goals and mentor consultants to raise implementation quality. This role offers direct impact on large-scale digital transformations and access to Crowe's innovation culture.
What You'll Do8
- 1Architect D365 ERP Operations solutions covering sales, purchasing, inventory, warehousing, production, and asset management.
- 2Design integrations with Azure, Power Platform, and third-party systems to ensure seamless data flow.
- 3Lead requirements workshops, translating business needs into functional designs for customizations and enhancements.
- 4Configure D365 modules for optimized supply chain and manufacturing processes.
- 5Drive user adoption through training materials and hands-on sessions for client stakeholders.
- 6Implement testing strategies, validate solutions, and manage quality assurance to meet business outcomes.
- 7Mentor junior consultants, sharing best practices and technical expertise in D365 implementations.
- 8Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities, drafting proposals, and participating in sales pursuits.
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor's degree and 7+ years implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations (Finance & Supply Chain Management) or equivalent.
- 2Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification in ERP Operations or Supply Chain Management (or MBA, JD, PhD, or Master's in Supply Chain Management).
- 3Experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations from design to deployment and post-go-live support.
- 4Deep functional expertise in supply chain processes: procurement, inventory, warehousing, manufacturing, and planning.
- 5Proven skill in designing ERP solution architecture, including integrations, data management, and security.
- 6Strong client-facing consulting, communication, and presentation skills.
- 7Demonstrated leadership in managing project workstreams and mentoring implementation teams.
- 8Ability to travel as client engagements require.
Salary Insight
$103 - $211k per year
