What You'll Do11
- 1Design comprehensive D365 ERP Operations architectures aligned to client objectives
- 2Configure solution components including Sales Purchasing Inventory Management
- 3Analyze business processes to optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities
- 4Lead client workshops and develop functional specifications
- 5Deliver solution testing and validation through comprehensive test plans
- 6Mentor consultants and share technical implementation expertise
- 7Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations
- 8Drive project delivery excellence and manage implementation risks
- 9Support organizational change through training and adoption initiatives
- 10Identify client opportunities and contribute to proposal development
- 11Contribute to practice strategy and technology innovation initiatives
Requirements11
- 17+ years implementing D365 ERP Operations (Finance & Supply Chain)
- 2Proven leadership in full lifecycle ERP implementations
- 3Deep functional expertise across supply chain processes
- 4Experience designing ERP solution architecture and integrations
- 5Strong client-facing consulting and communication skills
- 6MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- 7Certification: Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations
- 8Experience with Azure integration and Power Platform
- 9Knowledge of data migration strategies and ERP security
- 10Travel capability for client engagements
- 11Background in consulting and professional services
