What You'll Do12
- 1Design comprehensive solution architectures including system integrations data management and application security
- 2Configure D365 ERP Operations modules Sales Purchasing Inventory Management Warehouse Management Production Planning Product Information Management Asset Management
- 3Analyze and optimize business processes to maximize capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
- 4Partner with executive stakeholders to understand operational requirements and translate them into scalable ERP solutions
- 5Lead requirements gathering workshops and develop functional specifications business scenarios and solution documentation
- 6Serve as trusted advisor during implementation providing functional and technical guidance
- 7Support organizational change by developing training materials conducting user training and driving user adoption
- 8Lead solution testing quality assurance and validation activities through comprehensive test plans and test cases
- 9Produce high quality functional documentation business process documentation design specifications and testing artifacts
- 10Manage project deliverables identify implementation risks and proactively communicate mitigation strategies
- 11Collaborate with project managers developers business analysts change management professionals and cross functional delivery teams
- 12Mentor and develop consultants sharing technical knowledge best practices and implementation experience
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree with Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification relevant to ERP Operations or Supply Chain Management
- 27+ years implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations or equivalent ERP solutions
- 3Experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations from design through deployment and post go live support
- 4Deep functional expertise across supply chain and operational business processes including procurement inventory warehousing manufacturing production planning and asset management
- 5Experience designing ERP solution architecture including integrations data management and security
- 6Strong client facing consulting communication facilitation and presentation skills
- 7Demonstrated ability to lead project workstreams and mentor implementation teams
- 8Travel capability required for client engagements
- 9Experience with Azure integration services Power Platform Dataverse or related Microsoft technologies
- 10Knowledge of data migration strategies enterprise integration patterns and ERP security architecture
- 11Prior consulting experience with professional services organization
