D365 ERP Solution Architect, Supply Chain Operations
Overview
You will architect and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations solutions that transform supply chain, manufacturing, inventory, and procurement processes for our clients. You will lead full lifecycle implementations, from requirements workshops to post-go-live support, while mentoring consultant teams. In this client-facing role, you will partner with executive stakeholders, balancing project leadership with strategic account growth. What You'll Do10
- 1Architect Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations solutions, configuring modules for Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Production, and Asset Management.
- 2Lead requirements gathering workshops, translating business needs into scalable ERP solutions with functional specifications and solution documentation.
- 3Design comprehensive solution architectures covering system integrations, Dataverse data management, and application security.
- 4Drive solution testing and quality assurance using comprehensive test plans, ensuring high-quality delivery through Azure DevOps pipelines.
- 5Optimize business processes across supply chain and logistics, leveraging Power Platform to maximize ERP capabilities.
- 6Build client relationships as a trusted advisor, providing functional and technical guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- 7Mentor consultants by sharing Dynamics 365 expertise and contributing to practice development.
- 8Support business development by identifying client opportunities and contributing to proposals.
- 9Collaborate with project managers, developers, and change management professionals to ensure integrated solutions.
- 10Produce high-quality functional documentation, design specs, and testing artifacts for each deployment.
Requirements10
- 17+ years implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations (Finance & Supply Chain Management) or equivalent ERP solutions.
- 2Full lifecycle ERP implementation experience, from solution design through deployment and post-go-live support.
- 3Deep functional expertise in supply chain and operations: procurement, inventory, warehousing, manufacturing, and asset management.
- 4Experience designing ERP solution architecture, including integrations, data management, and security.
- 5Client-facing consulting, communication, and facilitation skills.
- 6Demonstrated experience leading project workstreams and mentoring implementation teams.
- 7Bachelor's degree and relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification, or MBA/Master's in Supply Chain Management.
- 8Experience with Azure integration services, Power Platform, Dataverse, or related Microsoft technologies.
- 9Knowledge of data migration strategies and enterprise integration patterns.
- 10Ability to travel as client engagements require.

$103 - $211k per year
