What You'll Do8
- 1Lead architecture and design of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and industry best practices.
- 2Configure D365 ERP modules including Sales, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Production Planning, Product Information Management, and Asset Management.
- 3Design system integrations, data management, and application security architectures for D365 ERP implementations.
- 4Facilitate requirements gathering workshops with executive stakeholders and business users, translating needs into scalable ERP solutions.
- 5Develop functional specifications, business process documentation, and solution designs for customizations and enhancements.
- 6Lead solution testing, quality assurance, and validation through comprehensive test plans and execution.
- 7Mentor consultants, sharing technical knowledge and implementation best practices.
- 8Support business development by identifying opportunities, contributing to proposals, and developing go-to-market strategies.
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor's degree plus Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification relevant to ERP Operations or Supply Chain Management (or MBA, JD, PhD, or Master's in Supply Chain Management as substitute).
- 27+ years implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations (Finance & Supply Chain Management) or equivalent ERP solutions.
- 3Experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations from solution design through deployment and post-go-live support.
- 4Deep functional expertise across supply chain and operational processes: procurement, inventory, warehousing, manufacturing, production, planning, and asset management.
- 5Experience designing ERP solution architecture including integrations, data management, and security.
- 6Experience developing functional requirements, solution designs, testing strategies, and implementation documentation.
- 7Strong client-facing consulting, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- 8Demonstrated experience leading project workstreams and mentoring implementation teams.
- 9Ability to travel as client engagements require.

$103 - $211k per year
