What You'll Do11
- 1Lead the configuration and implementation of D365 Supply Chain Management modules including Inventory Management Procurement and Sourcing Sales and Marketing Product Information Management and Warehouse Management
- 2Configure advanced capabilities such as Master Planning Asset Management Transportation Management and Quality Management
- 3Gather and analyze business requirements translating them into functional designs and system configurations
- 4Develop documentation for customizations integrations reports and enhancements
- 5Advise clients on process improvements like inventory optimization and demand planning
- 6Execute testing activities including integration and UAT
- 7Partner with technical teams to support customizations integrations and data conversions
- 8Lead client workshops training sessions and stakeholder discussions
- 9Provide go-live and post-production support to drive user adoption
- 10Mentor junior team members sharing D365 SCM best practices
- 11Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and support practice growth
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management
- 2Strong experience with core modules including Inventory Management Procurement and Sourcing Sales and Marketing and Warehouse Management
- 3Proficiency with advanced modules such as Master Planning Production Control Asset Management Transportation Management or Quality Management
- 4Deep understanding of supply chain processes including procurement inventory manufacturing distribution and logistics
- 5Experience gathering requirements and creating functional design documentation
- 6Ability to support system customizations integrations and data conversions
- 7Background in leading client workshops and managing stakeholder relationships
- 8Excellent communication and project delivery skills in consulting environments
- 9Preferred experience in manufacturing distribution or asset-driven industries
- 10Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate
- 11Familiarity with Power Platform tools like Power BI Power Automate and Power Apps
