- 1Build and maintain My ClubHub database
- 2Take photos and print membership cards
- 3Train volunteers to enter data and print cards
- 4Export daily club data
- 5Run reports as needed
- 6Collect membership fees and issue receipts
- 7Secure funds and prepare daily deposits
- 8Maintain Money Trax tracking system
- 9Ensure accurate scholarship form submission
- 10Assist with enrollment specialist training
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma
- 2Three to five years administrative experience
- 3Three to five years experience with the Clubs or related field
- 4Working knowledge of Youth Development Standards
- 5Valid driver’s license
- 6Mandatory CPR and First Aid certification
- 7Excellent bookkeeping and clerical skills
- 8Self-starter with strong organizational abilities
