The Membership Coordinator at Boys & Girls Clubs of Tampa Bay prepares youth and young adults for success. This full-time part-time position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining member safety. You will manage administrative tasks and provide clerical support to ensure smooth operations.
What You'll Do9
- 1Maintain the membership tracking system and parent portal with accurate data entries
- 2Print daily program rosters and manage the daily sign-out process with proper ID verification
- 3Handle member file management including document collection and authorization forms
- 4Interact with visitors and answer inquiries through Outlook and phone communications
- 5Participate in weekly staff meetings and team-oriented activities
- 6Support youth development professionals in daily services and assist with special events
- 7Backup staff during absences or work weekends and extended hours for programs
- 8Travel within Hillsborough Pasco and Pinellas County for training and business purposes
- 9Complete organization sponsored CPR training
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Creativity to make tasks engaging for all ages
- 3Flexibility and responsibility
- 4Ability to connect with children of diverse ages
- 5Willingness to obtain CPR certification
- 6Strong communication skills for internal and external relationships
- 7Physical stamina to sit stand walk kneel and lift up to 30 lbs
