What You'll Do14
- 1Recruit hire train and develop Assistant Managers Member Service Representatives Trainers and Custodians
- 2Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for members prospects and guests
- 3Schedule staff and cover all shifts
- 4Lead by example and coach direct reports to meet PF values
- 5Process weekly bi weekly payroll
- 6Resolve employee issues and manage disciplinary actions
- 7Handle front desk duties answer phones check members in process new member sign ups and take tours
- 8Facilitate member requests and ensure prompt gym opening closing
- 9Oversee facility cleanliness and maintenance
- 10Ensure employee member and property safety
- 11Authorize expenditures and make daily bank deposits
- 12Prepare HR forms and track weekly monthly annual statistics
- 13Backup absentee employees
- 14Manage marketing efforts and train staff on promotions
Requirements8
- 1Superior customer service skills fitness industry experience
- 2Management experience exceptional leadership diplomacy and listening skills
- 3Basic computer proficiency Microsoft Suite
- 4Hard working enthusiastic energetic strong problem resolution abilities
- 5Current CPR certification required within 30 days
- 6High school diploma GED equivalent 18 years old
- 7Physical ability stand walk lift up to 50 lbs
- 8Occasional exposure to toxic chemicals
