The Membership Coordinator will own program development and evaluation at the Baierl Family YMCA. This role drives community impact through functional expertise and relationships. It requires strong communication and decision-making skills to foster growth.
What You'll Do11

Requirements5
- 1Minimum 21 years of age
- 2Associate’s degree in relevant field or equivalent
- 3One year experience in related program field
- 4Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- 5Ability to follow through on requests and meet deadlines

$33 - $42k per year
