E-Sports Club Leader
Overview
Club Leader reports to Site Coordinator. Responsible for creating FUN engaging activities aligned with whole-child approach. Ensure safe physically and emotionally environment. Foster inclusive welcoming respectful space embracing diversity. Lead participants in extracurricular programs supporting youth development.
What You'll Do10
- 1Design and lead age appropriate activities using activity catalog
- 2Maintain positive relationships with participants colleagues and stakeholders
- 3Develop culminating events showcasing participant achievements
- 4Request materials promptly for program needs
- 5Comply with safety requirements and emergency protocols
- 6Attend off-site field trips and complete required training hours
- 7Monitor attendance daily and submit records
- 8Participate in staff development trainings
- 9Collaborate with team to plan impactful programming
- 10Support site coordinator with assigned duties
Requirements7
- 1Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- 2Prior experience with K-12 students preferred
- 3Valid LIVE Scan TB Clearance CPR Certification
- 4Ability to pass assessment test in math reading spelling
- 5Physical stamina to stand frequently talk and lift up to 40 pounds
- 6Detail oriented multi tasker with strong communication skills
- 7Commitment to inclusive youth development philosophy
