What You'll Do7
- 1Build patient reception operations to greet, screen, and direct arrivals to clinicians
- 2Design front-office processes for multi-line phone handling, calendar management, and appointment coordination with MS Office tools
- 3Ship daily clerical functions including filing, typing, and mail distribution while maintaining organized records
- 4Own supply and equipment management to keep front desk operations stocked and functional
- 5Scale department communications by drafting and distributing routine memos and meeting reminders
- 6Drive documentation accuracy for patient files and correspondence under supervision
- 7Lead basic presentations and routine reports to support clinic coordination
Requirements9
- 1High School Diploma or GED required
- 2Minimum 1 year experience as an administrative assistant in a medical environment preferred
- 3Comfortable in a fast-paced outpatient setting
- 4Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for documentation and scheduling
- 5Front-office operations understanding including visitor screening and file maintenance
- 6Ability to greet patients, screen visitors, and route to appropriate clinical staff
- 7Strong organizational and communication skills
- 8Reliable, on-site with standard Monday–Friday daytime schedule
- 9No evenings, weekends, or major holidays
