- 8Collect payments at time of service and balance cash sheets daily.
- 9Mentor new hires on office protocols and HIPAA compliance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements7
- 1High School Diploma or GED
- 22+ years in medical office, billing, or customer service
- 3Medical terminology knowledge and third-party payer experience preferred
- 4PA Act 34 criminal history clearance required
- 5Proficient in Microsoft Office and EHR systems
- 6Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- 7Ability to work on-site with rotating shifts and occasional travel between locations
