Medical Front Desk Coordinator, Pain Management Spanish Required

What You'll Do10
- 1Greet every patient warmly and professionally at check-in and checkout.
- 2Manage phone calls and schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
- 3Own the schedule and proactively fill cancellations and openings.
- 4Follow up on cancellations, no-shows, and overdue appointments to maintain recall lists.
- 5Verify insurance eligibility and benefits, track referrals and prior authorizations.
- 6Collect payments, discuss balances, and reconcile front-desk collections.
- 7Identify insurance or authorization issues before appointments are impacted.
- 8Coordinate patient transportation when needed and keep front-desk workflows organized.
- 9Discuss and sell wellness services, care packages, supplements, and products, and enroll interested patients.
- 10Communicate effectively with physicians, clinical staff, billing staff, and patients.
Requirements9
- 1Fluent Spanish and English – required.
- 2Previous medical front desk experience – required.
- 3Experience in pain management, orthopedics, spine, PM&R, or neurology strongly preferred.
- 4Knowledge of medical insurance, eligibility, benefits, referrals, and prior authorizations.
- 5Understanding of copays, deductibles, coinsurance, and patient financial responsibility.
- 6Comfortable handling money, collecting payments, and discussing financial matters.
- 7Strong computer and scheduling software skills.
- 8Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
- 9Excellent attendance and punctuality, with the ability to work independently.
