What You'll Do8

- 6Proofread medical forms and correspondences to ensure clarity and accuracy before distribution.
- 7Maintain a tidy and professional front desk area, restocking forms and supplies as needed.
- 8Assist administrative staff with ad-hoc tasks, demonstrating strong time management and prioritization.
Requirements7
- 1Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, writing).
- 21+ years in a receptionist or customer service role (preferred, not required).
- 3Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and filing.
- 4Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a busy medical office.
- 5Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and electronic health records (EHR) software.
