What You'll Do11
- 1Build and maintain automated workflows using Python and AWS to improve data conversion processes
- 2Design and implement EHR documentation practices that ensure accuracy and compliance
- 3Lead initiatives to reduce patient wait times through process optimization and staff coordination
- 4Train junior assistants by conducting onboarding sessions and shadowing experienced clinicians
- 5Collect and process laboratory specimens following strict protocols
- 6Manage immunization inventory and verify expiration dates regularly
- 7Administer vaccines when certified or after three years of supervised practice
- 8Drive quality improvements such as implementing two‑patient identifier systems
- 9Provide patient education by explaining treatments and dietary recommendations
- 10Supervise daily operations including phone management and insurance form completion
- 11Analyze workflow bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions
Requirements11
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred
- 2Basic Life Support certification or equivalent experience
- 31-2 years direct medical assistant experience or relevant medical field work
- 4Strong interpersonal communication and multitasking abilities
- 5Ability to lift 35lbs+ with assistance and carry 20-35lbs
- 6Proficiency in React and Kubernetes for system integration
- 7Knowledge of Spark and Airflow for data processing tasks
- 8Experience with BCBA certification or equivalent credentials
- 9Understanding of HIPAA regulations and privacy compliance standards
- 10Physical stamina to stand frequently and walk long distances
- 11Attention to detail in documentation and specimen handling
