What You'll Do10
- 1Build patient intake and check-out workflows and verify information to ensure accurate records
- 2Record vital signs and basic measurements to support clinical decision making
- 3Prepare patients for examinations and assist physicians and nurses during procedures
- 4Collect and prepare specimens when trained and authorized, including urine and blood samples
- 5Perform basic clinical tests such as EKGs as required and maintain clean examination rooms and equipment
- 6Support inventory and supply management to ensure ready access to materials
- 7Assist in documentation and charting inEpic as part of daily clinical operations
- 8Maintain patient privacy and safety standards per regulatory requirements
- 9Coordinate with care team to ensure timely patient flow and follow-up communications
- 10Provide compassionate patient service to create a positive patient experience
Requirements6
- 1Medical Assistant Certification Preferred
- 2BLS/CPR certification required or eligible
- 3Epic Experience preferred
- 4Ability to verify patient information and medical history
- 5Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clinical workflows
- 6Onsite role in Wellesley MA with standard clinic schedule
