Own and optimize maintenance for CNC staple set brush-making machinery at scale within a stable, family-owned manufacturer. You will set up, service, and troubleshoot automated and manual production equipment to support daily output. What You'll Do10

  • 1Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot staple set brush-making machinery to meet daily production targets
  • 2Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and uptime
  • 3Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and related system issues to minimize downtime
  • 4Execute machine changeovers for various brush designs and materials without quality loss
  • 5Collaborate with team members to align on production goals, schedules, and quality standards
  • 6Document maintenance actions and equipment performance to support continuous improvement
  • 7Assist with equipment commissioning and testing of new tooling or configurations
  • 8Support safe work practices and compliance with manufacturing standards
  • 9Interpret technical manuals and engineering blueprints to troubleshoot and repair
  • 10Contribute to root-cause analysis for recurring equipment issues

Requirements9

  • 1Minimum 5 years of experience with automated and manual production equipment in an industrial setting
  • 2Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills with knowledge of manufacturing processes
  • 3Familiarity with pneumatic and electrical systems
  • 4Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and engineering blueprints
  • 5High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred
  • 6Experience supporting CNC machinery and automation environments
  • 7Ability to work on 1st shift hours (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) and adapt to manufacturing schedules
  • 8Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • 9Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
