Mechanical Installer, Mechanical & Field Service Skills for Commercial Kitchens
Overview
Own installation projects for commercial dishwashing and sanitation equipment across Denver with hands-on mechanical work. You will install, diagnose, and test a range of equipment at customer sites. Work is Monday through Friday with standard daytime hours and opportunities for overtime and on-call rotations. This role emphasizes problem solving, independent work, and customer communication.
What You'll Do7
- 1Build and install commercial equipment at customer sites and ensure proper setup
- 2Diagnose and troubleshoot installation issues using hand and power tools
- 3Make mechanical connections and adjustments involving plumbing and basic electrical components
- 4Test equipment after installation and verify performance
- 5Provide clear equipment operation instructions to restaurant staff and perform basic preventive care
- 6Work independently at customer locations and manage multiple installs
- 7Explain remote maintenance requirements and schedule follow-ups as needed
Requirements7
- 1Previous hands-on mechanical, installation, repair, or service experience
- 2Comfort using hand and power tools without training
- 3Strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
- 4Ability to work independently and communicate professionally with customers
- 5Valid driver’s license held for at least 3 years
- 6Able to lift and maneuver equipment up to 75 lbs
- 7Available for limited on-call rotation
