What You'll Do8
- 1Install commercial dishwashing and sanitation equipment at customer sites
- 2Assemble connect adjust and test all installed equipment
- 3Utilize hand and power tools to complete installations
- 4Troubleshoot mechanical plumbing and basic electrical issues during field work
- 5Manage installations from start to finish without additional supervision
- 6Train restaurant and kitchen staff on proper equipment operation
- 7Explain equipment care cleaning startup and shutdown procedures
- 8Maintain professional relationships with customers throughout installation
Requirements7
- 1Strong mechanical foundation with experience in HVAC plumbing or industrial equipment
- 2Proficiency with hand and power tools
- 3Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical problems independently
- 4Experience lifting and maneuvering loads up to 75 lbs
- 5Availability for on-call rotations approximately one weekday monthly and one weekend biweekly
- 6Valid driver's license with minimum three years experience
- 7Comfortable working in fast-paced restaurant and commercial kitchen environments
