What You'll Do10
- 1Build and install commercial dishwashing equipment at customer locations
- 2Assemble, connect, adjust, and test equipment using hand and power tools
- 3Inspect for proper operation and troubleshoot mechanical, plumbing, and basic electrical issues
- 4Provide solutions when installations deviate from plan and work around challenges
- 5Operate independently at customer locations and ensure equipment runs correctly after handoff
- 6Train restaurant staff on operating, cleaning, startup, shutdown, and maintenance procedures
- 7Communicate clearly with customers about progress, status, and any issues
- 8Document installation details and ensure compliance with safety standards
- 9Support on-call rotation and overtime as needed
- 10Coordinate with sales and technicians to complete assignments on schedule
Requirements7
- 1Professional hands-on mechanical installation, repair, or maintenance experience
- 2Comfortable using hand and power tools
- 3Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- 4Ability to work independently and communicate professionally with customers
- 5Valid driver's license held for at least 3 years
- 6Ability to lift and maneuver equipment up to 75 lbs
- 7Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation approximately every 7–8 weeks
