Mechanical Assembly QA Technician
Overview
We seek a Mechanical Assembly QA Technician to join Express Employment Professionals in North Hollywood. What You'll Do11
- 1Verify product integrity at sub assembly and final assembly using precision instruments
- 2Perform repair rework on units or sub assemblies to meet specifications
- 3Maintain responsibility for quality workmanship and company production standards
- 4Complete basic equipment process setups to support operations
- 5Spot document and report issues in materials tooling machinery and processes
- 6Conduct root cause analysis on defects and communicate findings to stakeholders
- 7Carry out baseline duties of an entry level inspector
- 8Apply Four Level Defect Grading System to proactively surface quality concerns
- 9Champion safety practices and 5S principles
- 10Support other duties with a solution oriented mindset
- 11Operate required equipment and tools following written instructions
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or GED or equivalent education and experience
- 21–2 years of experience in assembly or testing of inline manufacturing assemblies
- 3Fluent with basic math units of measure and ability to read simple sketches and shop drawings
- 4GD&T Troubleshooting skills
- 5Composite Materials repair expertise
- 6Precision Measurement and Inspection capabilities
- 7Quality Control experience
- 8Data Analysis proficiency
- 9Blueprint Reading ability
