Overview
As a Marketing Coordinator at WELBRO Building Corporation, you will own the development of large-scale proposals, qualification packages, and presentations, working with technical staff to create compelling content. What You'll Do10
- 1Develop large-scale proposal and presentation materials with minimal guidance, meeting strict timelines.
- 2Collaborate with technical staff to write, edit, verify, and format proposal content that aligns with RFQ/RFP requirements.
- 3Review technical narratives for clarity, compliance, and key messages, suggesting edits to ensure adherence to client guidelines.
- 4Coordinate strategy meetings and set content production timelines for each pursuit.
- 5Create graphic design materials that effectively communicate WELBRO's value proposition.
- 6Organize presentation rehearsals, providing constructive feedback to presenters on style and content.
- 7Maintain marketing information such as project experience sheets, resumes, and credentials, with closeout activities.
- 8Track proposal progress and document client debrief feedback to integrate lessons learned.
- 9Update company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and assist with website and newsletter content.
- 10Support WELBRO's participation in industry events, career fairs, and professional meetings to boost visibility.
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business-related field.
- 21+ year of related experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role; construction experience with an architect, engineering, or contractor firm is a plus.
- 3Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to create persuasive and engaging content.
- 4Strong word processing, graphic design, and desktop publishing skills.
- 5Medium to high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe applications (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- 6Exceptional organizational and time management skills, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- 7Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
