Plan daily customer interactions with weekly/monthly forecasts. Earn B.S. in business or related field and optional MBA. Requires 3-5 years proven business development experience with manufactured products in Data Centers Oil and Gas Emissions Controls or industrial products. Background in OEM equipment manufacturing. Ability to develop proposals and present at conferences. Work independently and in teams. Uncover challenges and develop custom solutions. Lead without direct authority. Strong networking skills. Expertise with data capture verification synthesis. Knowledge of financial accounting practices. Excellent communication skills. Willingness to travel 25%-50%. Pay range $90,000-$120,000. Paid vacation 120-240 hours full-time 60-240 hours part-time. 9 paid holidays and 2 personal choice holidays. Parental leave up to 8 weeks.
