What You'll Do11
- 1Build strategic partnerships with customers to achieve profit goals and market expansion
- 2Develop and maintain sales leads while advancing prospects through the full sales process
- 3Manage the sales funnel and provide product expertise including configuration installation and integration
- 4Initiate and nurture business relationships through proactive outreach and follow up
- 5Collaborate with Engineering Production and Estimating teams to ensure accurate product information
- 6Maintain customer accounts and document activities in CRM and ERP systems
- 7Deliver detailed call reports to management and communicate professionally with stakeholders
- 8Work closely with Independent Manufacturer Representatives to expand market presence
- 9Analyze market dynamics and channel management strategies to maximize customer value
- 10Balance trending account management with new business development initiatives
- 11Apply continuous improvement principles to enhance sales processes and team performance
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Bachelor’s Degree from a four year college or equivalent industrial sales experience preferred
- 3Strong understanding of industrial sales territory management and customer relationship development
- 4Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- 5Experience interfacing with technical teams to validate product capabilities
- 6Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work independently in varied environments
