Overview
Lead and operate Crusoe's corporate, GTM and manufacturing interview coordination at scale. Build and manage a high-velocity interview process across global teams, ensuring SLA compliance and positive candidate experience. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate bottlenecks and drive process improvements. This role blends people leadership with process design in a fast-growth tech environment.
What You'll Do5
- 1Lead a team of global recruiting coordinators to own end-to-end interview scheduling across multi-panel loops and time zones
- 2Elevate candidate and hiring team experience with scalable, compliant processes and personalized touchpoints
- 3Monitor, balance workload, calibrate processes, and drive debriefs to maintain high accuracy and tight SLAs
- 4Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate bottlenecks and proactively resolve scheduling constraints
- 5Hire, onboard, and develop IC Coordinators and set the team up for long-term success
Requirements5
- 15+ years in recruiting coordination or operations at a high-growth tech company
- 22+ years in a leadership role managing performance and metrics
- 3Strong organization, communication, and follow-through
- 4Comfortable owning execution and process building in fast-moving environments
- 5Familiarity with ATS such as Ashby or similar
