What You'll Do11
- 1Drive high-volume interview scheduling across technical infrastructure teams
- 2Act as primary point of contact for prospective hires
- 3Partner with recruiters to coordinate multi-stakeholder interviews
- 4Navigate complex calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts
- 5Build scalable scheduling processes for rapid hiring growth
- 6Ensure job descriptions remain current and compliant
- 7Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive talent information
- 8Own end-to-end recruitment coordination with high volume
- 9Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance candidate experience
- 10Demonstrate exceptional communication and attention to detail
- 11Drive process improvements for operational efficiency
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading large-scale recruitment initiatives
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA credential valued
- 5AWS Certified relevant experience
- 6Proficiency with Ashby ATS
- 7Strong analytical mindset for data-driven decision making
- 8Experience with SOP creation and workflow documentation
- 9Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- 10Passion for AI trends and talent acquisition best practices
