Own and operate Crusoe’s interview coordination engine across Corporate, GTM, and Manufacturing hiring at scale. Lead a global team of Recruiting Coordinators to deliver high-velocity interview processes and ensure exceptional candidate and hiring team experiences. Build scalable processes, identify improvements, and partner with recruiters and leaders to anticipate bottlenecks. What You'll Do10
- 1Lead a global team of Recruiting Coordinators to manage end-to-end interview scheduling across multi-panel loops and time zones
- 2Maintain team SLA adherence, identify workflow improvements and capacity planning opportunities
- 3Elevate scalable compliant candidate and hiring team experiences through surveys and process hygiene
- 4Build and refine a coordination capacity model with Sr Manager and ensure staffing readiness
- 5Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate bottlenecks and proactively resolve issues
- 6Troubleshoot complex bottlenecks in coordination workflows and implement solutions
- 7Hire, onboard, and set up IC Coordinators for success
- 8Monitor and improve calibration, debriefs, and performance metrics
- 9Drive continuous improvement initiatives for candidate surveys and feedback loops
- 10Lead interview training programs and share best practices across teams
Requirements6
- 15+ years in recruiting coordination or operations at a high growth tech company
- 22+ years in a leadership role managing team performance and metrics
- 3Strong familiarity with ATS like Ashby or similar
- 4Proficiency with candidate and hiring experience surveys, NPS or equivalent metrics
- 5Experience building or running interview training programs
- 6Knowledge of Workday HRIS and AI recruiting tools such as Coder Pad, Metaview, Glassdoor/Indeed
