What You'll Do8
- 1Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and following safety codes.
- 2Leads make-ready processes for vacant units creating punch lists and scheduling vendors.
- 3Manages material access inventory returns and documentation for service requests.
- 4Assists in grounds maintenance cleaning pools and painting curbs and signage.
- 5Supports cost cutting by fixing parts and using tools correctly.
- 6Inspects contractor work verifies quality meets specifications.
- 7Conducts routine inspections to identify safety risks and communicates property needs.
- 8Works flexible hours including call shifts weekends and holidays.
Requirements5
- 11-2 years experience in painting plumbing electrical and diagnostic repairs.
- 2Proficiency with Yardi and HappyCo platforms preferred.
- 3EPA certification Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
- 4Valid driver’s license for golf cart operation where applicable.
- 5Strong problem solving and organizational abilities.
