What You'll Do11
- 1Complete assigned work orders and perform preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and executing repairs per policy standards
- 2Execute make-ready processes for vacant units including pre-move-out inspections and punch list creation
- 3Manage material procurement through inventory tracking and coordinate vendor scheduling
- 4Document service requests accurately to maintain proper tracking
- 5Support grounds maintenance by handling debris removal and facility cleaning tasks
- 6Participate in contractor inspections to verify quality compliance
- 7Assist in routine and periodic property inspections to address safety concerns
- 8Adhere to EPA refrigerant certification requirements and state/local licensing mandates
- 9Operate golf carts for property mobility as needed
- 10Follow safety protocols by attending mandatory meetings and reporting incidents promptly
- 11Perform flexible duties including call schedules and training attendance
Requirements7
- 11-2 years of property management maintenance experience
- 25+ years working with Spark and Airflow
- 33-5 seasons of relevant experience
- 4Valid driver’s license for golf cart operation
- 5EPA Type 1 and II certifications for refrigerant handling
- 6All state/local certifications required by jurisdiction
- 7Ability to lift 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
