What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain the property’s physical attributes to uphold curb appeal and asset value
- 2Provide complete support to management in enforcing community standards, policies, and procedures
- 3Ensure safety measures are followed and workplace safety is a daily practice
- 4Maintain shop, tools, and inventory control including security of key assets
- 5Inspect common areas and units to identify maintenance needs and ensure quality service
- 6Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and teammates
- 7Assist in basic appliance, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks
- 8Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to complete preventive maintenance
- 9Document work orders and communicate progress to management
- 10Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture and ongoing property improvements
Requirements5
- 1At least 1 year of maintenance experience in a community setting
- 2Working knowledge of appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building maintenance
- 3Proficient in written and spoken English
- 4Able to use computers and related applications
- 5Strong multitasking ability and willingness to perform a variety of maintenance tasks
