What You'll Do11

  • 5Operate maintenance equipment and power tools safely
  • 6Diagnose routine maintenance issues and determine appropriate repairs
  • 7Assist with emergency maintenance calls and after-hours service requests
  • 8Maintain cleanliness of grounds common areas and mechanical rooms
  • 9Communicate professionally with residents vendors and staff
  • 10Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • 11Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements11

  • 1Basic knowledge of plumbing systems
  • 2Basic knowledge of HVAC systems
  • 3Basic knowledge of residential electrical repairs
  • 4Ability to diagnose routine maintenance issues with minimal supervision
  • 5Ability to safely operate maintenance equipment and power tools
  • 6Must possess and maintain a basic set of personal hand tools
  • 7Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
  • 8Ability to participate in an on-call rotation including overnight emergency calls
  • 9Ability to work independently while following direction from the Maintenance Supervisor
  • 10Physical ability to lift push and pull 50 pounds or more
  • 11Ability to stand walk bend kneel climb ladders and work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions
