What You'll Do9
- 1Complete maintenance tickets promptly and professionally
- 2Apply knowledge of plumbing electrical HVAC appliance troubleshooting carpentry drywall patching and other general maintenance tasks
- 3Communicate with Property Manager and Service Manager to complete service requests and unit make-readies
- 4Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies
- 5Maintain the property shop in a clean safe and organized manner
- 6Share knowledge with team members to overcome challenges
- 7Deliver exceptional customer service for residents
- 8Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently
- 9Identify and address potential maintenance concerns before they escalate
