Maintenance Technician Washington DC
Overview
Own entire property maintenance ensuring safety and comfort while assisting with other tasks. Lead and scale operations to meet tenant needs.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build repair schedules and prioritize corrective preventive and emergency tasks
- 2Design and execute preventive maintenance routines across grounds buildings and systems
- 3Serve as on call technician for evening weekend and holiday emergencies
- 4Manage inventory of tools equipment and supplies including snow removal and lawn care
- 5Maintain property cleanliness and conduct regular inspections of structures and utilities
- 6Report issues to supervisors and document all work completed
- 7Assist with resident relations and coordinate with contractors as needed
- 8Follow emergency procedures and use knowledge of utility turnoffs and fire safety equipment
- 9Obtain insurance for personal tools and wear uniform during work hours
Requirements5
- 15+ years building maintenance experience
- 2Expertise with Spark Airflow and AWS
- 3Proficiency in Kubernetes and React
- 4Certified in CPC Card BCBA AWS Certified
- 5Strong communication and teamwork abilities

$56 - $64k per year
