What You'll Do8
- 1Take ownership of maintaining the physical condition of the community, inside and out
- 2Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, electrical issues, plumbing problems, and appliances
- 3Complete service requests within 24 hours quickly efficiently and with care
- 4Perform routine upkeep and preventive maintenance to keep everything running smoothly
- 5Help maintain excellent curb appeal by removing debris pressure washing exteriors and maintaining grounds
- 6Rotate on-call duties with the maintenance team for after-hours and occasional holiday weekend support
- 7Keep inventory of commonly used parts and materials to control maintenance expenditures
- 8Collaborate with team members and vendors and always go the extra mile for residents
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2CPC Card certified professional
- 3AWS Certified cloud infrastructure specialist
- 4Strong knowledge of HVAC appliances electrical plumbing and carpentry
- 5Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- 6Valid driver’s license auto insurance and reliable transportation
- 75+ years experience in property maintenance
- 8BCBA certification preferred
- 9Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- 10Demonstrated teamwork and communication skills
