What You'll Do8
- 1Take ownership of maintaining the physical condition of the community, inside and out
- 2Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems electrical issues plumbing problems and appliances
- 3Complete service requests within 24 hours quickly efficiently and with care
- 4Perform routine upkeep and preventive maintenance to keep everything running smoothly
- 5Help maintain excellent curb appeal by removing debris pressure washing exteriors and maintaining grounds
- 6On-call duties for after-hours and occasional holiday weekend support
- 7Keep inventory of commonly used parts and materials to control maintenance expenditures
- 8Collaborate with team members and vendors and always go the extra mile for residents
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2HVAC certification preferred but not required
- 3Strong knowledge of HVAC appliances electrical plumbing and carpentry
- 4Great communication and teamwork skills
- 5Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- 6Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- 7Valid driver’s license auto insurance and reliable transportation
