What You'll Do9
- 1Prepare apartments for move-ins through painting carpet repairs cleaning and general repairs
- 2Respond to resident requests promptly while maintaining professionalism
- 3Perform maintenance tasks as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor
- 4Maintain grounds pools hot tubs and common areas
- 5Report maintenance concerns on vacant units models and common areas
- 6Follow fair housing laws and represent Cushman & Wakefield professionally
- 7Deliver superior customer service and uphold company standards
- 8Wear appropriate uniform and adhere to safety procedures
- 9Complete daily reports and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements7
- 1Valid driver's license EPA 608 Type II or local certificate
- 2High school diploma GED trade technical or vocational education
- 31+ years of relevant experience
- 4Ability to lift 100 pounds frequently or 100 pounds of force constantly
- 5Strong reading comprehension and mathematical skills
- 6Experience with maintenance systems and equipment operation
- 7Commitment to teamwork and professional development
