Overview
Greystar seeks a Maintenance Technician to ensure vacant units meet quality standards for re-leasing at our Atlanta townhouse portfolio. This role involves technical and mechanical repairs to prepare homes for move-in while supporting operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.
What You'll Do11
- 1Perform comprehensive repairs and improvements to apartment homes before resident move-in using the community make-ready checklist
- 2Seal windows sinks toilets bathtubs and showers to maintain structural integrity
- 3Repair damaged sheetrock and replace components as needed
- 4Apply touch-up paints according to supervisor directives
- 5Maintain grounds common areas and amenities through cleaning pressure washing and painting
- 6Reduce costs by fixing parts instead of replacing materials
- 7Follow safety protocols by attending meetings and completing OSHA training
- 8Demonstrate excellent customer service by treating residents respectfully
- 9Stand walk and sit for long periods while bending climbing ladders and working in confined spaces
- 10Work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- 11Lift and carry weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in property maintenance
- 3Certified in CPC Card certification program
- 4Garden stage property management experience
- 5Heathrow physical stamina for outdoor work
