Maintenance Technician - Cushman & Wakefield
Overview
Responsible for assisting with operation troubleshooting diagnostics housekeeping and repairs across commercial buildings industrial systems grounds and maintenance equipment for assigned properties. This role involves maintaining and operating fire and life safety systems performing carpentry and snow removal ensuring compliance with codes and utilizing technology such as smartphones and building automation systems.
What You'll Do5
- 1Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems including HVAC plumbing and kitchen equipment
- 2Clean lubricate and service pumps valves pneumatic controls and hydraulic devices
- 3Install and modify building equipment and systems replace and repair finishes such as ceiling tiles and door hardware
- 4Troubleshoot evaluate and recommend upgrades to maintenance operations
- 5Respond immediately to emergency situations and customer service requests while maintaining a neat appearance
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Competent knowledge of tools and equipment used in facility and ground maintenance
- 3Ability to use technology such as smartphones tablets computers and building automation systems
- 4Possess knowledge of the use and care of tools and equipment
- 5Compliance with all applicable codes regulations and safety practices
