Overview
Responsible for assisting with operation troubleshooting diagnostics housekeeping and repairs across commercial buildings industrial systems vehicles grounds and maintenance equipment. Own and scale maintenance initiatives drive improvements and deliver results within a professional office environment.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build and design maintenance solutions using Spark and Airflow to enhance operational efficiency
- 2Lead debugging efforts and ship updated processes to resolve system issues
- 3Scale preventive maintenance programs and manage vendor relationships
- 4Drive cost savings by analyzing maintenance operations and implementing upgrades
- 5Maintain and operate fire and life safety systems including alarms and pumps
- 6Perform carpentry and snow removal tasks as needed
- 7Comply with all applicable codes and safety regulations while maintaining safe work habits
- 8Utilize technology such as smartphones and building automation systems
- 9Complete annual Cushman & Wakefield Safety Training and adhere to dress code policies
Requirements5
- 15+ years of experience in commercial property maintenance
- 2Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- 3Proficient in basic computing skills using Outlook Excel and Word
- 4Technical background in HVAC electrical mechanical process controls or painting
- 5Ability to work extended hours and respond to emergency situations

$48 - $58k per year
