Overview

Maintenance Technician role owning preventive and corrective maintenance for manufacturing equipment and facility systems at scale. You will support safe, reliable operations across a multi shift environment in Lebanon, TN. You will work with a team of technicians and maintenance leadership to reduce downtime and ensure equipment readiness. This role offers hands-on troubleshooting, documentation through CMMS, and opportunities to grow in PLCs and automated equipment.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Build preventive maintenance plans and execute corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime
  • 2Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems and repair issues
  • 3Inspect equipment to identify potential failures before they occur and escalate as needed
  • 4Respond promptly to breakdowns and maintenance requests to keep production running
  • 5Read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics to guide repairs
  • 6Document completed maintenance work and parts used in CMMS with accuracy
  • 7Follow lockout/tagout procedures and all site safety requirements
  • 8Maintain accurate maintenance records and track parts usage
  • 9Prepare for and participate in shift handoffs with clear communication
  • 10Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to improve equipment reliability

Requirements10

  • 1High school diploma or GED
  • 2Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
  • 3Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • 4Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • 5Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
  • 6Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics
  • 7Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking and reporting
  • 8Ability to work assigned shift and overtime when required
  • 9Preferred: Technical certificate or associate degree in industrial maintenance, electrical technology, mechatronics, or related field
  • 10Preferred: Experience with PLCs, automated equipment, and CMMS software
