What You'll Do10

  • 1Inspect and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure uptime
  • 2Troubleshoot and repair machinery, tools, and equipment to restore production quickly
  • 3Conduct routine facility and equipment inspections to identify issues and prevent failures
  • 4Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory usage
  • 5Assist in installation setup assembly and commissioning of new and existing machinery
  • 6Perform mechanical assembly disassembly modification and alignment of production equipment
  • 7Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards including OSHA policies
  • 8Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls
  • 9Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors when required
  • 10Support continuous improvement initiatives and facility upgrades

Requirements10

  • 1High school diploma or GED; technical training or certification preferred
  • 2Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role
  • 3Experience in startup or fast-paced manufacturing environments preferred
  • 4Experience assembling installing and maintaining machinery and production equipment
  • 5Knowledge of electrical mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • 6Ability to read technical manuals blueprints and schematics
  • 7Basic computer skills and experience with maintenance software CMMS
  • 8Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • 9Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • 10Must follow safety procedures and PPE requirements
